Was in a big furniture store in Johnson city will not go into details but thought I was buying a used car the treatment was very poor and very high priced never mind a very poor place . Drove to mountain view furniture what a difference . It was like day and night . The place in Johnson City here's the price and delivery take it or leave it . At Mountain View I was a person not a number . He took his time with my wife and me . Went over everything with us none of this I got to go talk to the manger about that and making us wait . We got a beautiful dinning room set saved over a 1000.00 dollars and left the store felling better then when we went in . Drive a couple of miles out of the city get treated better , get better furniture and save money 👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🙂. As far as that big furniture store off exit 17 that not for us !!! Mountain View furniture is the place for us .

We had a dresser that we wanted to match and we wanted real wood furniture. The salesman was great to work with and patient as I looked at all the options to decide. We brought a small drawer from our existing dresser and they helped us match the wood, the stain and even the hardware. They came out beautifully and look like they came as a set with the one we had! Photos are our existing and the 2 new pieces we just purchased!

It was a nice experience. Everyone knowledgeable and very professional. They sell a very well made product. Delivered when said was going to be.

James is very knowledgeable about what Mountain View sells. And he really took the time to work with us to make sure we got what we wanted. The delivery guys were awesome as well. The price was better than others for the same item. And having the piece delivered and assembled was really helpful.
